Terms & Conditions for Tatya App
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern the registration, listing, and usage of Tatya App by Vendors and Agritech Business Centers (ATBCs) who provide equipment rental, drone spraying, and other agricultural services. By registering on Tatya, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Introduction
- Tatya is a technology-driven agricultural marketplace that connects farmers, vendors, and ATBCs for equipment rentals and service bookings.
- These terms apply to all vendors, service providers, and ATBCs registering their equipment on Tatya.
- By signing up, you accept these T&Cs and agree to operate within the guidelines provided by Tatya and Qasper Agro Pvt. Ltd.
2. Definitions
-“Vendor” – Any individual or business renting or selling equipment via Tatya.
-“ATBC” – Agritech Business Centers providing equipment and service-based solutions to farmers.
-“Equipment” – Includes drones, rovers, harvesters, sensors, tractors, transport vehicles, and storage solutions.
-“Company” – Refers to Qasper Agro Pvt. Ltd., the operator of Tatya.
3. Vendor & ATBC Eligibility
-Must be a legally registered business entity or individual with verifiable business credentials.
-Must own or have legal rights to list the equipment/services.
-Equipment must be functional, well-maintained, and compliant with government regulations.
4. Equipment Listing & Service Registration
-Vendors and ATBCs can list drones, tractors, transport, storage units, machinery, and IoT monitoring Tools for rental or purchase.
All listings must include:
-Product specifications & service details
-Rental or sale price
-Availability & operational status
-Delivery or pickup terms
-Safety & operational guidelines
-Tatya reserves the right to approve or reject listings based on quality and compliance standards.
5. Rental & Service Execution
-Vendors must ensure proper maintenance, timely availability, and quality service execution.
-Service providers must adhere to safety regulations and operational best practices.
-Tatya is not liable for equipment malfunctions, operational delays, or service failures.
-ATBCs must provide trained operators where required (e.g., for drone spraying).
6. Commission, Pricing & Payments
-Tatya charges a commission on every successful rental or sale, agreed upon at the time of registration.
-Vendors can set competitive pricing, but Tatya may offer pricing suggestions based on market trends.
-Payments will be processed within [X] days of order completion, subject to service confirmation.
-In case of disputes or failed services, Tatya may withhold or refund payments based on investigation.
7. Equipment Maintenance & Quality Assurance
-All equipment must meet safety and operational standards.
-Vendors must ensure timely servicing and repairs.
-Tatya reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that do not meet quality standards.
8. Cancellation & Dispute Resolution
-Vendors must clearly define cancellation and refund policies for customers.
-In case of disputes, Tatya will mediate between the vendor and the customer before taking further action.
-Repeated service failures or disputes may result in account suspension.
9. Compliance with Regulations
-Vendors must adhere to local agricultural, environmental, and safety laws.
-For drones and chemical-based services, government licensing & compliance is mandatory.
10. Data Protection & Confidentiality
-Vendor and customer data will remain confidential and used only for business operations.
-Tatya does not share personal data with third parties without consent.
11. Platform Usage Restrictions
-Vendors cannot misuse the platform, engage in false advertising, or list non-compliant products.
-Vendors must not engage in off-platform transactions that bypass Tatya’s commission system.
-Tatya reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or unethical practices.
12. Termination & Account Suspension
-Tatya reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:
-Multiple customer complaints or low service ratings
-Non-compliance with government regulations
-Failure to meet service execution requirements
-Attempting to bypass Tatya’s platform for payments or rentals
13. Amendments & Legal Jurisdiction
-Tatya may update these terms periodically, and vendors will be notified of major changes.
-All legal disputes will be subject to Maharashtra jurisdiction.
